Before the Project
Do you provide custom quotes?
Yes.
Every project is different, so each quotation is tailored to your products, intended usage, and production scope.
What information do you need before providing a quote?
Please tell me about your products, how the images will be used, your preferred timeline, and any references or ideas you already have.
Can you recommend the right photography style?
Absolutely.
If you’re unsure which style suits your products, I’ll recommend the most suitable photography style, lighting approach, and production plan based on your goals.
Shipping
Can I ship my products to your studio?
Yes
Many projects can be completed by shipping your products to my studio. Your work will be carefully handled and returned after the production is complete.
Do you accept projects from outside Japan?
Yes.
I work with clients both in Japan and internationally. Projects can be completed by shipping products to my studio in Tokyo.
Can I ship my products from overseas?
Yes.
International shipping is welcome. I’ll provide the shipping address and instructions after confirming the project details.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping costs to and from the studio are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance.
How are my products returned?
After photography is complete, your products will be carefully repacked and returned using your preferred shipping method whenever possible.
Are my products insured during shipping?
Clients are responsible for shipping insurance while the products are in transit.
If additional insurance or special handling is required, this can be arranged before the project begins.
How should I pack fragile ceramic pieces?
Please use secure protective packaging suitable for fragile items.
If you’re unsure, I’m happy to provide packing recommendations before shipping.
Production
Do you provide styling or props?
Yes.
Styling and prop sourcing can be arranged depending on the concept and requirements of your project.
Where does the photography take place?
Most projects are photographed in the studio.
On-location photography is available for exhibitions, galleries, and selected commercial productions.
Delivery
Can I request RAW files?
RAW files are not included.
Only carefully edited final images are delivered to ensure consistent quality.
How long does production take?
The schedule depends on the project size and production complexity.
Delivery dates will be discussed before the project begins.
Can I request revisions?
Yes.
Minor retouching adjustments are included. Additional revisions or new editing requests may require an additional fee.
How will the final images be delivered?
Final images are delivered via a private online download link.
What file formats will I receive?
Final images are delivered as high-resolution JPG files optimized for print and web.
Other formats can be discussed if required.
Licensing
Do you charge hourly?
No. Every project is quoted based on the production requirements, ensuring the most suitable approach for your products and goals.
Can I use the images for commercial purposes?
Yes.
Commercial usage can be included depending on the agreed licensing terms.
If you have specific advertising or publication requirements, we’ll discuss them during the quotation stage.
Who owns the copyright?
Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed.
Commercial usage rights are licensed according to the agreed quotation.
Do you work only with ceramic artists?
No.
While ceramics are my specialty, I also photograph craft products, design objects, leather goods, stationery, and other material-focused products.

自分に合った撮影スタイルが分からないのですが、相談できますか？
もちろんです。
作品や目的に合わせて、最適な撮影スタイル、ライティング、制作プランをご提案いたします。
配送について
作品をスタジオへ送ることはできますか？
はい。
多くのプロジェクトは作品をスタジオへお送りいただくことで対応可能です。撮影後は丁寧に梱包し、ご返送いたします。
日本国外からの依頼も受けていますか？
はい。
日本国内はもちろん、海外のお客様からのご依頼にも対応しています。作品を東京のスタジオへお送りいただくことで撮影が可能です。
海外から作品を送ることはできますか？
はい。
海外からの発送にも対応しています。プロジェクト内容を確認後、発送先住所とご案内をお送りします。
送料は誰が負担しますか？
事前に別途取り決めがない限り、スタジオへの発送および返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。
作品はどのように返送されますか？
撮影完了後、作品は丁寧に再梱包し、可能な限りご希望の配送方法でご返送いたします。
配送中の作品には保険が適用されますか？
配送中の保険は、お客様ご自身でご加入いただくことをお願いしています。
追加の保険や特別な取り扱いが必要な場合は、撮影前にご相談ください。
壊れやすい陶器はどのように梱包すればよいですか？
破損を防ぐため、緩衝材を使用した安全な梱包をお願いいたします。
梱包方法にご不安がある場合は、発送前にご案内いたしますので、お気軽にご相談ください。
撮影について
スタイリングや小道具の手配も可能ですか？
はい。
プロジェクトのコンセプトやご要望に応じて、スタイリングや小道具のご提案・手配も承ります。
撮影はどこで行われますか？
通常はスタジオで撮影を行っています。
展示会やギャラリー、一部の商業撮影については、現地での撮影にも対応しています。
納品について
RAWデータを受け取ることはできますか？
RAWデータはお渡ししておりません。
品質を一定に保つため、丁寧に仕上げた完成データのみを納品しています。
納期はどのくらいですか？
制作内容や撮影規模によって異なります。
納期については、プロジェクト開始前にご案内いたします。
納品後の修正は可能ですか？
はい。
軽微なレタッチ修正は含まれています。大幅な修正や追加の編集をご希望の場合は、別途費用をお願いする場合があります。
完成した写真はどのように受け取れますか？
完成した写真は、専用のオンラインダウンロードリンクより納品いたします。
納品されるファイル形式を教えてください。
印刷・Webの両方でご利用いただける高解像度のJPEG形式で納品いたします。
その他のファイル形式をご希望の場合は、お気軽にご相談ください。

陶芸作品以外の撮影も行っていますか？
はい。
陶芸作品を専門としていますが、クラフト作品、デザインプロダクト、革製品、文房具など、素材の魅力を伝えるプロダクト撮影にも対応しています。
